For my first blog post I just wanted to welcome all of you and thank you already for your support. This is something I have wanted to do for a long time now and just never made the time to see it through.
As some of you may know, I LOVE food. What is life worth living for if not for delicious delicacies? However, when I decided to start eating healthier and paying closer attention to what I put in my body, I had the harsh realization that buying and cooking healthy food is expensive and daunting. Many recipes I have tried in the past have cost me way more than I expected and I ended up spending hours in the kitchen just chopping vegetables.
While chopping vegetables may be unavoidable, spending loads of money can definitely be avoided. So join me in this journey as I hand pick and test healthy and affordable recipes and share them with all of you.
I’m not promising that all of the recipes I try will end successfully, but I do promise to give you the absolute truth so you can avoid making the same mistakes I do when you try them out for yourselves.
